What this reptile husbandry & health tracker records
For reptiles, health observations often make more sense beside husbandry notes such as temperature, humidity, UVB, feeding, shedding, and activity. This version keeps the relevant environment and body observations together.
Daily record: Date / time, Warm temp, Cool temp, Humidity, UVB check, Food eaten, and Weight / notes. Review before the next visit: Temperature trend, Humidity trend, UVB/bulb record, and Feeding pattern.
These are observation prompts, not medical targets or instructions. Use the fields that match the plan from your veterinary team and leave the rest blank when they do not apply.
